Bath Roasts is a newly formed local business run by a passionate team of Bath based chefs and hospitality workers.
We are currently operating from Chez Dominique's kitchen while they are temporarily closed.
Our menu has been created by well known and respected head chef Samuel Coltman. Sam has previously been head chef of the multi-award winning Marlborough Tavern in Bath, Thatchers Railway Inn in Bristol & Harbour Hotels in Sidmouth.
Sam only uses the highest quality local produce endeavouring to support other local businesses. 7th generation family vegetable growers, Tony and Mike Eades, have been supplying some of the west countries finest produce to Bath households, hotels, pubs and restaurants for decades. A lot of the produce is grown on their own farm just outside Bath in Swainswick. Freshly cut in the early hours of the morning and delivered to the kitchen by 9am for preparation means freshness is guaranteed.
Ruby & White Butchers
Bristol based butchers, Ruby & White, specialise in the supply of some of the finest produce from farms across the west country to a range of award winning restaurants, pubs, hotels and cafes.
They supply us with Ruby Red Devon beef which is sourced from a small number of west country farms, free range chicken sourced directly from Castlemead poultry (a small family run farm in Radstock just 10 miles from Bath) and Pork from pigs born onto a farm on the Quantock hills in Somerset.
