We're open for DELIVERY or COLLECTION during lockdown

Heating Instructions

When your roast arrives...

We deliver our roasts as hot as possible but always recommend that you give it a short blast in the oven to make sure it is piping hot.

Preheat your oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4 when you receive notice your order is out for delivery.

Roasts:

  • The meat, roast potatoes, root vegetables, and yorkshire pudding will be in a large aluminium oven-ready foil trays. Remove the yorkshire pudding from the tray as this will only take 3-4 minutes in the oven. The rest will take about 10 minutes to make sure it is piping hot. If you would like your beef pink we suggest you remove the beef and just heat this for 2 minutes at the end as it doesn't need to be piping hot.
  • The seasonal greens are in a microwaveable plastic container and will need 1-2 minutes depending on the strength of the microwave to come back up to temperature.
  • Gravy will be in microwavable plastic containers to heat, alternatively you could pour it into a pan and bring it back to the boil.

Sides:

  • These will all be in aluminium oven-ready trays and will be ready to go straight into your oven for 10 minutes alongside the roast tray.

Extras:

  • Roast potatoes will be in aluminium oven-ready trays and will be ready to go straight into your oven for 10 minutes.
  • Yorkshire pudding will just need 3-4 minutes in the oven to make sure it's crisp and piping hot.
  • Gravy will be in microwavable plastic containers to heat, alternatively you could pour it into a pan and bring it back to the boil.

Desserts:

  • The cheesecake should be placed in to the fridge until you have finished your pies so it remains at a chilled temperature.
  • The dark chocolate brownie can be eaten cold, or if you like it gooey then heat for 5 minutes in the oven or 30-60 seconds in microwave (depending on microwave strength) to soften it up.
  • The sticky toffee pudding and crumble will be in an aluminium oven-ready tray. Take the lid off and place in the oven for 25 minutes while you enjoy your roasts. Custard will be cold in a microwavable container and will need heating up in either the microwave or a pan on the stove.

    Enjoy...
